The Set for the Lion King

Dear families of Auburn Bay,

As you may have heard, Auburn Bay is hard at work putting together and creating the musical, The Lion King, Jr.

Part of this production is creating the set and props that go with this wonderful piece.

Before looking for the materials needed to create this set we are asking the community of Auburn Bay if they have access to donate any of the needed material.

We are not asking anyone to purchase these materials, only requesting that if they know where to get any of these supplies as donations.

We will collect any supplies throughout this week and next week. Please email me directly on what you are thinking of bringing and we will let you know if we still need the material. You can then drop it off at the office and we will pick it up.

Whatever supplies are not received by the end of the week will be purchased over the weekend so that construction of the set can begin the first week of March.

If you have any specific questions please email me at makoehler@cbe.ab.ca.

Thank you so much for your support and commitment to our school.

Sincerely,

Ms. Henderson
Ms. Koehler

We are very lucky to be receiving a donation of socks for this project. We are asking for students to donate what will go in the socks. Please no alcohol based items such as mouthwash, no food and no money. Donations will be accepted in your child’s classroom until December 13. Thank you in advance for your continued support.
